The hotel provided a mix of positives and negatives. While the rooms lacked space and some amenities, such as a chair and table, and an issue with the mini fridge surfaced later, they were generally well-maintained, clean, and equipped with essential features like a fridge, coffee maker, and microwave. The service showed flexibility in changing reservation dates but had a notable incident where unprofessional behavior led to a threatening situation. The location offered convenience to the Santa Clara convention center and local stores and restaurants, although it was situated in a somewhat questionable area. The dining options were limited, primarily consisting of basic items, lacking variety for a satisfying meal. The facilities, while not extensively discussed, seemed to meet basic needs without standing out.

However, the dining experience was subpar with limited options, and Wi-Fi had an additional charge.

The hotel is conveniently located near the Santa Clara convention center and is close to great restaurants. While the rooms could use some maintenance and the morning service was not pleasant, the location makes it easy to access many places with little traffic.

The hotel had a big newly freshened up with a renovation property, making it easy access to many places while also working well for our needs in Santa Clara, California. The rooms were spacious, but we did notice some tracks on the carpet. The service was helpful, but it would be beneficial if the employees had a better understanding of the Public Transit System for traveler convenience. The dining experience was sub-standard with a lack of seating options in the Lobby building. Overall, the location was good, near the 101 freeway, although there were some issues with noise in the early morning. The facilities were traditional, and we parked our RV on the property which worked out fine.

The hotel was not as expected with dirty rooms looking nothing like the pictures, but it did have 3 double beds for 6 guests. The missing TV was a downside, but the service staff were friendly. The location had its perks with easy access to many places, despite being noisy. The dining experience was lacking in variety, offering only basic options, but I appreciated the swift check-in process. Facilities were average.
